An Experienced Estate Planning And Probate Lawyer Serving Delaware County & Surrounding Area

Jeff L. Lewin

Jeff L. Lewin

Sole Practitioner
Media, Pennsylvania

I opened my office in Media, Pennsylvania, in September of 2000.  Having spent the previous 17 years as a full-time law professor, teaching the law of wills and trusts and the law of property, I decided to focus my practice on estate planning, estate administration, elder law and residential real estate. While I found joy in teaching and have an intense intellectual interest in the law (expressed in over two dozen publications on topics ranging from private nuisance disputes to environmental economics and from the problem of “junk science” in the courtroom to the origins of the phrase “reasonable medical certainty”), I get my greatest satisfaction from solving problems for my clients.

A Legal Strategy Tailored To Your Needs

I take an intense personal interest in my clients' problems, their families and their hopes for the future. My philosophy is that law not an end in itself, but a tool that can be used to protect my clients’ rights and interests and to help them achieve their financial and personal objectives.
