Jeff L. Lewin, Attorney at Law
An Experienced Estate Planning And Probate Lawyer Serving Delaware County & Surrounding Area

About Me

A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1976, I opened my office in Media, Pennsylvania, in September of 2000. I advise clients in matters involving estate planning, wills and trusts, elder law, and residential real estate.

Before opening my practice, I spent 17 years as a full-time law professor, teaching students the law of wills and trusts and property. For the first six years I was in practice, I continued to teach part-time as an adjunct professor to night students at Widener University School of Law. While I found joy in teaching and have an intense intellectual interest in the law, I now focus all of my energy helping clients with their planning issues and problem solving.

A Legal Strategy Tailored To Your Needs

I take an intense personal interest in my clients' problems, their families and their hopes for the future. My philosophy is that law is not an end in itself but a tool to protect people's rights and interests and to help them achieve their personal and financial objectives.

Most of my work involves legal advice and drafting of documents to avoid potential conflicts and costly litigation. When controversies arise, my problem-solving approach to the law leads me to utilize negotiation, and occasionally mediation, to achieve cost-effective dispute resolution.
